THE PROCESS
INQUIRE
After filling out a contact form, you can generally expect to hear back from me within 24 to 48 hours. I usually respond in a timely manner with availability and pricing brochure.
BOOKING CONFIRMED
After we discuss which package is best for you, I will send over the official contract and invoice once the initial retainer has been paid. Once the contract has been looked over and signed, we are officially booked and can move forward with the planning / preparing process.
LEADING UP TO THE wedding or engagement session
I will consistently be in touch with you in some way shape or form via text, email, phone calls, zoom leading up to the special day. Offering resources, answering any questions, posing ideas, and color schemes.
GALLERY DELIVERED
My turnaround time for engagement sessions or creative portraits is usually delivered within less than 2 weeks time. I am pretty prompt about sending your images in a timely manner. Wedding Galleries have a 12 week turnaround time considering I am sorting through 100’s of images at a time.
FAQs
DO YOU SEND RAW FILES?
RAW is not only unedited images, it’s a huge file and the way I take photos with my camera. Too big for me to just send over especially when taking hundreds of images at a time. One of the reasons I get hired is because of my style and my editing, this is where the real fun happens. Editing and Capturing these images go hand in hand. In my opinion it is low - key offensive to ask for RAW files from any photographer.
Where are you based and do you travel? Do you travel out of state?
I am currently based in Los Angeles County, Southern California + I am completely available to travel wherever you are or desiring to get married.
I’m recently engaged how far in advance should I inquire or book?
I highly suggest inquiring / booking as soon as you and your partner have made the decision that I am the best fit for your special day. Usually engaged couples secure dates 6 months to 1 year in advance.
I have shot with many many families over the course of these past few years. Currently I am primarily focusing on engaged couples + weddings. However I am available to book sessions with you and your family. Please inquire for more information.
Do you take family portraits?
Yes! A retainer is required upon booking so that I can officially secure the date and time for your session or for your wedding. The retainer ensures that I do not book any other client for this date and time. For this reason, the deposit is non-refundable in all situation’s. For weddings I require a $300.00 security deposit, For engagement sessions I require a $200.00 security deposit, and for Creative Portraits I require a $100.00 security deposit.
DO YOU REQUIRE A DEPOSIT?
I have been shooting for several years now and in my experience having someone like your photographer of all people to help guide the timeline for your special day or for your session is very important after all their the ones capturing the moment. Photo Timeline Assistance means we will discuss what type of images you want captured throughout the day, when is the best time to bring these moments to life, and everything in between so there is no confusion when the day comes.
